1957 Professor Jarus Suvanwela, M.D. was the first who received King Anada Mahidol's Scholarship
King Ananda Mahidol Foundation (is a foundation on the wish of King Bhumibol in order to support and encourage Thai students and graduates to be the best in different academic sciences)
1955 King Bhumibol wish to establish a scholarship and had given the name King Ananda Mahidol's Scholarship in the memorial to his elder brother.
1957 Professor Jarus Suvanwela, M.D.(Class of 5) was granted King's Ananda Mahidol Scholarship to study in neurological surgery in USA and became the first specialist in neurological surgery in Thailand.
1959 Professor Lady Srijittra Boonak, M.D. (Class of 7) was the second person who received King's AnandaMahidol Scholarship.
